These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and phtaya1 ("phtaya1," "we," "us," "our"), governing your use of the phtaya1 website located at phtaya1.one and all related gaming products, services, features, and functionalities offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and phtaya1.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active phtaya1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phtaya1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and forfeit any balances held in such accounts without prior notice.
phtaya1 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate, phtaya1 may request identity verification documents including, without limitation, a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify phtaya1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
phtaya1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility unless you have reported the compromise of your credentials to phtaya1 support prior to the relevant activity occurring.
You must not use another person's account, attempt to access another member's account, or transfer your account to any third party. Accounts are non-transferable. phtaya1 may suspend or terminate your account if it reasonably suspects that account access or control has been transferred to another individual.
All transactions on the phtaya1 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtaya1 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
phtaya1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and phtaya1 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the player's account verification status and VIP tier. phtaya1 may impose additional deposit limits at its discretion or in compliance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phtaya1 targets processing of withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes for GCash and Maya, though processing times may vary due to payment provider procedures beyond phtaya1's control.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your phtaya1 account are legally obtained and belong to you. phtaya1 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources on a player's behalf. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be voided and returned, subject to applicable verification requirements.

All wagers placed on phtaya1 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant game outcome.
phtaya1 reserves the right to void any wager that has been accepted as a result of a technical malfunction, manifest error, incorrect odds, or pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. Winnings obtained through erroneously accepted wagers will not be paid out.
phtaya1 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits and maximum winnings per player, per game, and per day. These limits may vary by game type, player VIP tier, and other factors. Players will be notified of applicable limits prior to placing a wager where practicable.
All gaming outcomes on phtaya1 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures, as applicable to each game. phtaya1 does not manipulate game outcomes and provides all games in accordance with the stated RTP percentages published in each game's information panel.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya1 Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
All content on the phtaya1 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of phtaya1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phtaya1.
phtaya1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya1, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phtaya1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phtaya1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phtaya1's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
phtaya1 is not responsible for any telecommunications, network, or internet failures that may prevent a member from accessing the Platform or placing a wager. Members acknowledge that online gaming involves an element of technical risk outside phtaya1's control.
phtaya1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where more rapid changes are required by law or regulatory authority.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact phtaya1 support to close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phtaya1 Platform shall first be addressed through phtaya1's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting phtaya1 support via live chat.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days of being raised, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution.
